Effect of DHA on osteoclast formation in mouse bone marrow cell culture. Bone marrow cells were pre-cultured with M-CSF (30 ng/ml) for 3 days and then cultured with M-CSF (30 ng/ml) and RANKL (30 ng/ml) in the presence or absence of different concentrations of DHA for 6 days. (A) TRAP(+)MNCs for DHA treatment; (B) TRAP activity for DHA treatment. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM of 3 independent experiments.
