After 24 h of transfection, untransfected cells were treated with TGF-β1 (3 μg/L) individually or in combination with puerarin (1 g/L) for 24 h, and Smad2siRNA-transfected NRCMs were treated with TGF-β1 (3 μg/L) for 24 h.
