Wound healing assay to determine the inhibitory effect of E-OHS on A-549 cell migration. A-549 cells were treated with various concentrations of E-OHS (0, 0.1% DMSO, 25, 50, 75, and 100 μg/mL) for 12 h, and then a wound healing assay was performed to evaluate cell migration. The open wound area was quantified and expressed as a percentage of the initial wound area. Similar results were observed in three experiments.
