Effect of fermented Taiwan citrus peel powder samples FCTP on HepG2 cell viability. HepG2 cells were treated with various concentrations of FCTP (0.39–50 mg/mL) for 24 hours. Cell viability was evaluated using the MTT assay. Results are expressed as the percentage relative to the control group (untreated cells) and presented as mean ± SD (n = 3). Statistical significance compared to the control group is indicated as follows:
