OVS-2 Attenuates RIII in C57 Mice (A) Experimental scheme. Mice were intraperitoneally injected with vehicle (saline) or OVS-2 (50, 100, or 200 mg/kg) for 3 consecutive days before and after 17 Gy-ABI (n=10). Intestinal samples were collected 3.5 days after 14 Gy-ABI (n=7). (B) Survival of irradiated mice was observed until 30 days post-irradiation (n=10).
