  • Figure 1. Wheat related disorder
  • Figure 2. Intestinal Antigenic Permeability Screen test results. This panel measures antibodies against proteins important in barrier integrity. Reference ranges are calculated based on the mean ± 2 standard deviations (SD). Results > 1 SD, and < 2 SDs above the mean, are considered to be equivocal. An equivocal result represents the range between negative and suspicious low positive results. Results >2 SDs are considered out of range, and positive. Actomyosin IgA results were obtained utilizing the INOVA Diagnostics Inc. QUANTA LITE Actin IgA kit. <20 units is considered a negative result. 20.1-24.9 units is an equivocal result and > 25 units is a positive result
  • Figure 3. Wheat/Gluten Proteome Reactivity and Autoimmunity (Serum) measures immune reactions to gluten and other peptides found in poorly-digested wheat. Reference ranges are calculated based on the mean ± 2 standard deviations (SD). Results > 1 SD, and < 2 SDs above the mean, are considered to be equivocal. An equivocal result represents the range between negative and suspicious low positive results. Results >2 SDs are considered out of range, and positive
  • Figure 4. Gluten-Associated Cross-Reactive Foods and Food Sensitivity measures immune reactivity to proteins in foods. This panel measures both immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A antibodies in serum. Results that are “Out of Range” are 2 Standard Deviations (SD) from the mean. Equivocal results are 1 SD greater than the mean, suggesting a high-normal result that might be clinically relevant
  • Figure 5. Multiple Autoimmune Reactivity Screen. This serum panel measures IgG and IgA antibody production against self-proteins. High antibody reactions may be a sign of activated autoimmune mechanisms beyond the range of normal.
