Gluten-Associated Cross-Reactive Foods and Food Sensitivity measures immune reactivity to proteins in foods. This panel measures both immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A antibodies in serum. Results that are “Out of Range” are 2 Standard Deviations (SD) from the mean. Equivocal results are 1 SD greater than the mean, suggesting a high-normal result that might be clinically relevant
