Bars represent the number of students within each grade category. PSS scores were divided into ranges of low stress (0-13), moderate stress (14-26) and high stress (27+) categories. Academic stress frequency was divided into the number of times students experience academic stress within a one-week period. Academic stress intensity was divided across a 5-point scale ranging from not stressful to extremely stressful.
