Effects of Hydrogenized water on Telomerase activity in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were exposed to 0%, 3.125%, 6.25%, 12.5%, 25%, 50% v/v hydrogenized water in bufer, and 10 nM raloxifene for 24 hr. 10 nM raloxifene, a known telomerase activity up-regulator, is used as a reference material and positive control. The telomerase activity data are normalized against that of the control cells.
