Effects of hydrogenized water on SIRT1 expression in human umbilical vein endothelial cells. Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were incubated with hydrogenized water at 0, 3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25 and 50% v/v for 24 hour. Cell were treated with concentrations of 100 μM Resveratrol for 24 hr as a control. Cells were lysed and lysates prepared for SIRT1 and GAPDH Western blotting
