B – D shows advanced stages dissolution and thinning of the test walls with fragmentation setting in. E – G are fragments of foraminifera test at the final stage of dissolution. Note the coccolithophores on specimen F; it is a post-depositional attachment unlike the previously described test with nannofossil incorporated in the test fabric
