Mice were treated by gavage with TBE concentrations of 100, 200 and 500 mg/kg or metformin (200 mg/kg). After 30 min, mice were intraperitoneally injected with Mac-CM (0.1 mL/10g, diluted with saline, 1:1, v/v).
