The pilot study included the movements with the red background, while the revised study included both the red and green background movements. The movements are: FAR = Forward Arm Raise, SAR = Side Arm Raise, HA = Horizontal Abduction, EXR = External Rotation, ABR = Abducted Rotation, MXDPR = Mixed Press, and MXDCR = Mixed Circles. The white dotted line shows the path the butterfly traveled for each movement. On the graphs, the blue line shows the relevant angular displacement of the shoulder, and the red shows the torque placed on the shoulder throughout the movement
