Temperature stability of purified β-glucosidase of LSKB15. For determination of temperature stability, purified enzyme was incubated in different pH of 40-90°C for 2 h. Then enzyme activity was determined at phosphate buffer of pH 7 and 60°C using p-NPG as substrate. The values represent means ± standard error of three independent experiments
